How alexandrite laser works?

The alexandrite laser hair removal principle is selective photothermolysis, where a 755 nm wavelength laser targets the melanin in hair follicles. The melanin absorbs the laser's light energy, converting it into heat that damages the hair follicle, preventing future hair growth. This process is most effective for individuals with dark hair and lighter skin tones.

Targeting melanin: The laser emits a focused beam of light at a specific wavelength 755nm that is highly absorbed by melanin, the pigment in hair.
