This warranty reflects our commitment to excellence, safety, and lasting results.


 Warranty Coverage

Your Perfectlaser device is covered against defects in materials or workmanship for 24 months from the date of original purchase.

Covered components include:

  • Laser diode module (non-user damage)
  • Main control board and internal circuitry
  • Cooling system (semiconductor, fan, or water circulation)
  • Touchscreen display malfunction
  • Power supply unit
  • Handpiece connection port failure

If your device experiences an issue covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the affected component(s) free of charge, including shipping in most regions.


 What’s Not Covered

The following situations are not covered under the warranty:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, liquid exposure, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or third-party repairs
  • Use of non-original accessories or consumables
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., filters, cooling gel pads)
  • Damage due to force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, lightning)

 Warranty Service Process

  1. Contact Support
    Reach out to our customer service team via email or live chat with your order number, device serial number, and a description of the issue (photos or videos recommended).

  2. Remote Diagnosis
    Our technical team will respond within 24 hours and attempt to resolve the issue remotely.

  3. Repair or Replacement
    If necessary, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label (for most countries). Once received, we’ll repair or replace your device.

  4. Fast Turnaround
    Repairs or replacements are completed within 5–7 business days of receiving the unit.

To activate your 2-year warranty, You’ll need:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • Device serial number (located on the back of the unit)
