Refund and Return Policy

Perfectlasershop is committed to your satisfaction. However, Perfectlasershop understands that returns may sometimes be necessary.
Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. The 30-day period starts on the delivery date confirmed by the carrier.Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
  • Be in its original, unused condition (no signs of use, testing, or installation)
  • Include all original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and parts
  • Be accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Perfectlasershop accepts returns in these cases:
  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues
  • Wrong item received
  • Change of mind (if the item still meets the eligibility conditions above)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
  • Any product that has been used, opened, installed, or tested
  • Consumables, treatment heads, handpieces, gels, or disposable accessories once opened
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling
  • Customized or special-order products
  • Returns received after the 30-day window
Return Costs & Responsibilities – Who Pays What?
  • If the return is due to Perfectlasershop's error (defective or wrong item):
    Perfectlasershop will issue a full refund (product price + original shipping cost) and cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to change of mind:
    You are responsible for the return shipping cost. The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Perfectlasershop will refund only the product price after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after Perfectlasershop receives and inspects the item.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Perfectlasershop within 30 days at info@perfectlasershop.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos.
Wait for Perfectlasershop's approval and return instructions before shipping anything back.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange for a different model, please contact Perfectlasershop at the same email. Perfectlasershop will guide you through the process. You may be responsible for any shipping cost difference.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it ships. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
